It is our light that we fear, not our darkness.

We ask ourselves: Who am I to be bright, gorgeous, talented and amazing?

Who are you not to be?   You are a child of God. Putting yourself down does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about making yourself smaller so that others around you don't feel insecure. We should all shine like children.

We were born to realize the glory of God that is in us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. When we're free of our own fear, our presence naturally frees others.
