Events sorgen für Aufsehen und ein erfolgreiches Event bleibt den Gästen lange in positiver Erinnerung, wird erneut gebucht und gerne weiterempfohlen. Meine Expertise und Begeisterung im Eventmanagement konzentriert sich auf Musik- und Erlebnis-Events wie Konzerte oder thematische Festivals. Aktuell absolviere ich eine Ausbildung zur Diplom Event-Managerin, um meine langjährige Leidenschaft noch weiter zu professionalisieren.

idea generation & concept development
Together with your team, an event concept is created in several meetings that includes all the essential elements needed to realize a successful event. This includes, among other things, finding ideas and focusing on a target group,
the right location, event technology, catering, budget planning, legal issues, marketing & communication, sponsorship and (voluntary) helpers.

project support
I provide advice to the event team during the planning and implementation phase as well as when new questions arise and in decision-making processes.

event realization
On the day of the event, I will be on site and support the project team in the implementation to ensure that the event runs as smoothly as possible. If unexpected problems arise, we will work together to find a quick solution.
